CSP Account Management

Print

Overview

You can issue a new account for Multi-Cloud providers available in Cloud Z or link an existing account to Cloud Z for management.

Each group account can use only one cloud account per CSP. The supported services include Cloud Z, IBM Cloud, AWS, and Azure, with continuous expansion of support coverage.

Once the account issuance or linking process is complete, users can access connected cloud services without entering separate CSP account information and can centrally manage Multi-Cloud resource information and costs.

Accessing CSP Account Management

Select [Cloud Z Service Manager] from the [Service Management] menu to navigate to the Service Manager.

Click [Cloud Account Management].

Service Activation

Click the "Service Activation" button for the desired service. The basic service activation process follows these steps:

  1. Agree to the Service Terms (Terms & Conditions Agreement)
  2. Configure settings for issuing a new account or linking an existing account
  3. Complete Service Activation

The detailed service activation process may vary for each CSP. Please refer to the "Service Activation Procedure" document provided for each CSP for more information.

Free trial customers can only access IBM Cloud services.
