Subscription status

Overview

If you are using a cost-saving program provided by CSP within your Cloud account through CloudZ, it offers a feature to manage all active Subscriptions in one place.

It provides detailed information on all Subscriptions within the account and allows you to manage Subscription aliases. For corporate members, it also enables setting up Subscription sharing for sub-accounts. The configured sharing information is reflected in CloudZ Bill and applied during cost calculation.

For Azure service users, adding subscription and reservation permissions in the Azure Portal is required to use Subscription-related services. Azure Subscription 권한 추가하기

View and manage Subscription status

When selecting Subscription Status from the left menu in CloudZ Cost Manager, you will be redirected to the status management page.

It provides a list of Subscriptions under the cost-saving program of the CSP service applied to the active account in CloudZ, along with detailed information and additional management features.

Set alias

CSP Subscriptions have unique IDs, but they can be difficult to recognize at a glance. By assigning an alias to each Subscription, you can easily identify them across various screens within the CloudZ service.

Share Subscription

CSP's cost-saving Subscriptions have a fixed allocation, and if fewer resources are used than the designated scale, the cost corresponding to the remaining Subscription allocation is lost.

Corporate members can configure Subscription sharing among multiple sub-group accounts they own. When sharing is enabled, even if a specific account uses fewer resources than its Subscription allocation, the same resources used by other group accounts under the same corporate membership will have the Subscription applied for cost calculation.

By utilizing the sharing feature, you can prevent cost waste.

The sharing feature is only available to corporate members.
Sharing settings are not applied retroactively and take effect from the time they are configured.

Manage Subscription expiration

Each Subscription has a fixed duration ranging from a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years. When the expiration date approaches, you can set an Alert to receive email notifications automatically.
