Displays the columns of aggregated data grouped by tag keys. For example, group the system.cpu.user
metric by the service tag.

① Select your visualization
You can change the Widget Type.
② Graph your data
You can configure the data to be displayed on the graph.
Three types of editing are available.
Edit: The default UI tab for graph options.
a. Select the data to be displayed in the graph.
Metric: To configure a metric query, refer to the query documentation.
Indexed Span: To configure an indexed span query, refer to the trace search documentation.
Log Events: To configure a log event query, refer to the log search documentation.
b. To add data to be displayed in the graph for (a), click Add Query. To add a formula for (b), click Add Formula.
c. Display only: Specifies the number of items to be displayed and the sorting criteria.
Top: Displays in descending order based on the metric values set in (a).
Bottom: Displays in ascending order based on the metric values set in (a).
d. Visual Formatting Rules: You can express the status of the Top list widget's values with colors.
(Example: If the value is > than 10, show with a green background: If the value is greater than 10, it is displayed in green.)e. Context Links: You can edit the links that can be associated when selecting the widget’s graph.
JSON: This is the editing method using JSON. (Reference: widget JSON schema definition)
Share: Generates an embed code that allows the graph to be embedded in a web page.
③ Set display preferences
You can specify the time interval for the graph. When set to Global Time, it adjusts according to the time interval of the Global Time Selector at the top of the dashboard.
④ Give your graph a title
Enter the title of the widget. If not entered, Datadog automatically assigns a title based on the data set in the graph.
