Overview
In Cloud Z, a group account that uses actual cloud resources can have multiple assigned users.
The primary user of the group account can add regular users, modify user information, and control user permissions.
Accessing User Management
In the left menu of [Cloud Z Service Manager], click [User Management].
View Group Users
View the master and regular user information registered in the group account.
Use the search function to find a specific user by name.
Add User
You can register a new regular user in the group account.
The user ID must be specified during registration, and the email address is checked for duplicates to ensure accurate user identification.
A user registration notification email will be sent to the registered email address. The user can access Cloud Z services after setting a password.
Click the Create User button to open the user addition window.
Enter the required information (ID, last name, first name, email, and email confirmation).
Delete User
You can delete a regular user registered in the group account.
Once deleted, the user's information will be immediately removed and permanently erased.
Select the user(s) to be deleted (multiple selections are allowed).
Click the Delete User button to proceed with the deletion.
View and Manage User Details
Click the user ID to navigate to the detailed information page.
Click the Back button to return to the User Management page.
You can view and edit the user's detailed information.
Check the list of the user's devices.
Check the list of the user's storage.
Configure the user's device access permissions.
Edit User Details
Click the Edit button at the top right of the user detail page.
Modify the user's name as needed.
Adjust permissions by selecting or deselecting checkboxes in the Permission Management section.
Click the Save button to apply the changes.
Configure Device Access Permissions
You can select all devices.
Choose the devices you want to grant access to.
