Overview
It provides the amount for the purchased RI or Savings Plans. You can check the purchase cost along with the purchase and cancellation history of the RI or Savings Plans.
Reservation Transaction
When selecting Transaction from the left menu of Cloud Z Bill, you will be directed to the Reservation Transaction page.
The Reservation Transaction page displays a list of purchased RI or Savings Plans. You can search by entering the subscription name, and the list can be downloaded as an Excel file.
The information provided is as follows:
Order Date
Type: Purchase / Cancellation
Item
Quantity: Number of subscription instances
Total Amount: The total amount required to purchase the subscription
Prepaid Option: Full Prepayment / Partial Prepayment / No Prepayment
Prepaid Fee: Prepayment fee in case of full or partial prepayment
Monthly Payment Fee: The monthly fee to be paid in case of partial prepayment or no prepayment
Payment Period: The period for which the monthly payment fee has been paid so far
Paid Fee: Prepaid Fee + Monthly Payment Fee * Payment Period
Remaining Fee: Total Amount - Paid Fee
Usage Period
Status: Active / Expired
