Introducing the project's member management features.

Go to the Home / Administrator - Members screen.

You can search for members of the project using the filter function. Name searches for users that contain the entered string, and Roles and Groups search for members with the corresponding roles or groups.

③ Member invitation area: This is a function to invite Realm users to the project as members.

⑤ Member paging setting area: You can set the number of members and pages to view on one page.

Member Invite

Here's how to invite members to your project.

Go to the Home / Administrator - Members screen. Proceed with the member invitation process in the Invite section at the top right.

First, search for the ID of the user you want to invite in the ID window. Select the ID of the user you want to invite from the search results list.

When you select the users you want to invite, the selected users will be displayed in the ID window as shown above. Click the Invite button.

A pop-up window will appear to confirm the member invitation. Click the OK button to proceed with the member invitation.

The selected user has been invited to the project as a member. When inviting a user to a project using the above method, the default value of the Approved status is set to ON.

Member Edit

Home / Administrator - Members 화면으로 이동합니다.

Click the Detail button (yellow pencil shape) in the Actions column of the member you want to modify to go to the detail page.

Set Member Approved

The member's approval status has two status values. The contents are as follows.

Approved (Approval status)

The user has been approved as a member of the project.

They have access to the project and can use the project's features according to the role and group they have been granted.

OFF

The user is invited to the project as a member.

This is the state before being approved by the administrator, and the user cannot access the project.

Even if a user who was approved as ON is changed back to OFF, the user cannot access the project.

Here are two ways to change the member's project usage approval status.

First, you can change the approval status on the member's details page.

On the member details page, change the Approved property to OFF and click the Save button to save.

After saving, you can see that the member's Approved status is set to OFF when the screen switches to the member list.

Second, you can change the member's approval status on the member list screen.

Change the value of the Approved column of the member whose approval status you want to change to OFF. The value is saved as soon as you change the status value.

You can see that the member's Approved status is disabled.

Set Member Role

Here's how to assign a role to a member.

On the Home / Administrator - Members screen, click on the desired member to go to the details screen.

Search for the role you want to apply to the member in the Roles property.

Select the searched role. The role will be assigned to the member immediately upon selection.

You can check the roles currently assigned to the member in Effective Roles.

* Note: To apply the newly assigned role, the member must log out of the service and then log back in.

Set Member Group

Here's how to assign a group to a member.

On the Home / Administrator - Members screen, click on the desired member to go to the details screen.

Search for the group you want to apply to the member in Groups.

Select the group you want to apply. Here, I selected the group called developer.

The group will be applied to the member immediately upon selection.

The group will be applied and the activated role can be checked in Effective Roles.

* Note: To apply the newly assigned group role, the member must log out of the service and then log back in.

Member Delete

Guides you through removing a member from a project.

* Note: Users are not deleted, they are only removed from project membership.

On the Home / Administrator - Members screen, click on the desired member to go to the details screen.

Click the Delete button (the red trash can icon) in the Actions column of the member you want to remove from the project.

When a pop-up window appears to confirm the member removal, click the OK button.

The member has been successfully removed from the project with the Removed message at the bottom center of the screen.
