Overview
Ordered Cloud Z products can be viewed in the main screen of Cloud Z Market.
You can check detailed order information, including ordered options and order processing history, and terminate product usage by canceling the order.
Checking Active Products
The Active Cloud Z Products section at the top of the Cloud Z Market main screen displays products that are currently in use or in the order processing stage.
The "Actions" section in the product list contains icons for managing related product functions.
Viewing Order History
Clicking the button redirects to the detailed order history screen for the selected product.
This screen provides full details of the product’s configurations, options, pricing at the time of order, and the processing history of the order.
Managing Descriptions
Clicking the button allows modification of the product description.
You can enter necessary details for product management, such as identification text.
Canceling an Order (Terminating Use)
Clicking the button cancels the order, terminating product usage.

Terminating Use
If the service using the product ends or the product is no longer needed, usage can be terminated immediately by canceling the order.
Even after terminating usage, charges may still apply depending on the product’s billing policy. This applies to postpaid or contract-based products.
Cancellation Procedure
The cancellation process varies depending on the product.
- Products that do not require approval will be terminated immediately upon cancellation.
- Products that require approval will go through a cancellation process handled by the responsible personnel. Users will receive email updates on each stage of the process.
