Project List

To manage your projects, go to Home / Projects. The project list screen looks like this:

Let's look at them in order, starting from the top of the screen.

  • Show number of projects - (1)

The total number of projects currently created is displayed in red text next to the Project menu name at the top of the screen.

  • Filtering Function - (2)

You can filter the project list by project status or name using the Filter function. Select the Status or enter part of the Name in the input box, and only the corresponding projects will be displayed in the list.

Next is the project list section.

  • Paging Function - (3)

You can view projects on the screen in units of 10, 20, 30, 50, or 100 using the paging function on the right. You can view the specified number of projects on the screen, and you can turn the page using the numbers on the right to move to the next page.

  • Project List - (4)

This is the list of projects that takes up the largest area on the page screen. It displays information such as the project name, status, number of connected clusters, number of created Namespaces, number of registered users, number of created Applications, and creation date.

  • Project Name - (5)

Clicking on the blue Project Name will take you to the detailed screen for each project.

  • Project Status - (6)

Status displays the status value of the current project. A project has a total of three statuses. Please refer to the table below for an explanation of each status.

REQUESTED (요청 중)

The project has been created but is not yet activated. Once the administrator completes the setup, the status will be changed to RUNNING.

RUNNING (런닝)

The project is active.

STOPPED (중지)

The project is inactive. If you want to use it again, you must ask the administrator.

Perform multiple actions on each project. Click buttons to navigate pages, delete pages, and more.

Go to your project dashboard.

You can delete the project.

New Project

This guide will walk you through how to create a new project.

First, click the New Project button at the top of the left project list on the project screen. 

When you click the button, you will be taken to the screen where you can create a project. This is the project creation screen.

  • Creating a Project - (1)

Enter the values required to create a project and click the Save button to create the project.

  • Back - (2)

Cancel the project creation and return to the project list. 

Once all the values required to create the project have been entered, you will see the Save button at the bottom right is activated.

However, if the value you need to enter is not valid, an error message will be displayed to guide you through the correct input rules. Please enter all values according to the guidance.

After entering all values, click the activated Save button to create the project.

The Guide Test project has been successfully created.

Project Edit

Overview

Change the Overview information of the project.

To go to the Overview screen, click the pencil-shaped Detail button for that project in the project list screen.

You have been taken to the Overview screen of the selected project.


I will explain each screen component.

  • Project Status, Project Resource Information - (1)

    You can check the current status of the project on the leftmost panel.

    Then, the resource information of the project is shown in order. Let's look at them one by one.

(a): Number of clusters connected to the project

(b): Number of applications created in the project

(c) : Number of Deployment Groups created in the project

(d) : Number of users invited (added) to the project

(e) : Number of Groups created in the project

(f) : Number of Roles created in the project

  • Project Basic Information - (2)

You can check the basic information of the project in the center of the Project Overview screen. Among the basic information, Display Name and Status information can be modified. Other values in gray blocks cannot be modified.

  • Project Link Cluster Information - (3)

You can click the Clusters tab to connect a cluster to a project or go to the screen to check the connected clusters. The functions for registering and managing clusters in a project are described in the following sections.

Overview Edit

The two values that can be changed on the Overview screen are the following:

  • Display Name - Change the display name of the project. Special characters, uppercase and lowercase English letters, Korean letters, and numbers can all be used.

  • Status - 프로젝트 상태를 변경합니다.

After you have completed changing the values, click the Save button to save them.

The screen will move to the project list, where you can check the changed values.

Project Clusters

Here's how to assign a Cluster to a project. Assign a cluster registered in System > Cluster to a project.

On the project's Overview screen, click the Clusters tab to navigate.

To register a cluster, click the Manage Cluster button on the top left.

A pop-up window like the one below will appear, displaying a list of clusters that can be registered.

Select the checkboxes for the clusters you want to register and click the Save button to save.

You can see that a cluster has been assigned to the project.

Project Delete

This guide explains how to delete a project.

To delete a project, click the Delete button in the trash can shape for the project on the project list screen.


The Delete Confirm window below will appear. If you wish to delete, click the OK button to delete the project.

If the project is successfully deleted, a success Toast will be displayed with a message at the bottom center of the screen.
