Set up Cost Alert

Overview

You can receive alerts based on pre-set criteria when changes or fluctuations in Cloud service usage costs and related factors occur or are expected. This helps support efficient Cloud cost management.


Manage Alert Settings

When selecting Alert Management from the left menu in Cloud Z Cost Manager, you will be directed to the cost-related alert settings management page.


The configured alerts are provided in a list, displaying each alert condition along with its current status in real-time. You can toggle alerts on or off from the list.

Supported Items

Cost Alert supports notifications for the following items. The list of supported items will continue to expand.

Estimated Usage Cost Alert

An alert for total cost or the cost of a specific resource

Subscription

Subscription Expiration Alert

Expiration N days before alert

Subscription Usage Rate Alert

An alert for when the usage rate falls below a certain percentage

Alert Email

For each alert item, the system determines whether the alert conditions are met based on the monitoring cycle. If the predefined conditions are reached, the Cost Alert details are sent to the designated email recipients.
