Login
Click Login on the CloudZ MCMP Home page (mcmp.cloudz.co.kr).
The MCMP account is a unified login account required to use the MCMP service. If you do not have an account, you can create one through the sign-up process. If you do not remember your account details, you can retrieve them through Find ID and Find Password options.
If you enter the wrong password five consecutive times, your account will be locked. You can log in again after 30 minutes, or you may contact the Support Portal to unlock it immediately.
Find ID
Click Find ID below the login button.
Enter the email address you used when registering for MCMP. If the provided email address is valid, an email containing your ID information will be sent to your email.
Your ID has been sent to the email you provided. You can check your email for your ID. Click the Confirm button to return to MCMP Home.
Find Password
Click Find Password below the login button.
Alternatively, you can access the password recovery page by selecting the Find Password tab at the top of the Find ID/Password page.
Enter your ID and the email address you used when registering for MCMP, then click Confirm. If the provided ID and email address are valid, an email containing password reset instructions will be sent to your email.
Your password reset instructions have been sent to the provided email address. Follow the URL in the email to reset your password and access the MCMP service. Click the Confirm button to return to MCMP Home.
Sign Up
Click Sign Up below the login button. You can register as a Company or Partner.
If you are a corporate user who has registered through a Partner or SK C&C sales representative, you can log in with the assigned ID and password without separate registration.
Company Registration
Select Company as the account type and click Next.
Agree to the required terms individually or select Agree to all CloudZ Terms to accept all terms at once. Once all required agreements are accepted, the Next button will be enabled. Click Next.
If you wish to receive CloudZ-related information via email, check the Agree to receive emails option. After entering the required information, click Submit Application. You cannot log in to MCMP immediately after applying; an administrator must review and approve your registration.
Partner Registration
Select Partner as the account type and click Next.
Choose Partnership (Reseller/ISV/MSP) and click Next.
Reseller: Resells CloudZ services. After applying for a reseller partnership, the CloudZ team will review the request and proceed with the necessary partnership process.
ISV (Independent Software Vendor): Partners in various models:
Share Model: Co-develops SaaS products with revenue sharing.
Co-Growth Model: Bundles ISV's solutions with IaaS and provides them to customers.
Purchase Model: CloudZ purchases ISV solutions and sells them as SaaS products.
MSP (Managed Service Provider): Provides CloudZ management services, including cloud infrastructure operations, application migration, system monitoring/automation, and optimization management.
Agree to the required terms individually or select Agree to all CloudZ Terms to accept all terms at once. Once all required agreements are accepted, the Next button will be enabled. Click Next.
If you wish to receive CloudZ-related information via email, check the Agree to receive emails option. After entering the required information, click Submit Application. You cannot log in to the user portal immediately after applying; an administrator must approve your registration.
