Overview

Provides the total monthly usage cost of cloud services used through Cloud Z, along with detailed usage history. The total monthly cost can be categorized based on various conditions for detailed inquiries, and monthly cost trends can be reviewed.

View Usage History

When selecting Usage History from the left menu of Cloud Z Bill, you will be redirected to the Usage History Inquiry page.

The Usage History Inquiry page displays the total monthly usage amount and the usage amount by CSP in a list format. Users can search by specifying a monthly period and download detailed monthly usage records as an Excel file.

Selecting a specific month for detailed inquiry will navigate to the Detailed Usage History Inquiry page.

Detailed Usage History Inquiry

The Detailed Usage History Inquiry page provides a breakdown of the total usage amount, displaying detailed cost information.

On the Detailed Usage History Inquiry page, the following cost information is available:

• Usage Period
• Total Usage Cost
• Applied Exchange Rate (Applicable only to IBM Cloud and AWS services)
• Detailed Breakdown by Resource Unit
• Download Usage History as an Excel File

General members can view all service usage details based on the usage amounts provided by each CSP.
The actual final billing amount, including discounts and sales policies, is only accessible to corporate members.

View by Cloud Service Provider (CSP)

The Detailed Usage by CSP tab provides service usage details for each CSP.

Displays usage cost and discount amount (for corporate members) per CSP.

Provides detailed resource information for each CSP along with the corresponding monthly usage cost.

IBM Cloud and AWS costs are displayed in both USD and KRW, converted using the applied exchange rate.

Even when corporate members view cost details, the resource-level cost breakdown does not include specific discount amounts.

View by Tag

The View by Tag tab categorizes all cloud service usage records based on user-defined tags. Only usage costs can be queried in this view.
