Overview
If a member no longer wishes to use Cloud services through Cloud Z, they can request membership withdrawal.
The withdrawal (account deletion) process varies depending on the type of membership.

Free trial members | Automatically deleted after the trial period | |

Withdrawal Application
Members can request withdrawal via the [Member Information Management] page under the “Membership Withdrawal” tab.
Before submitting a withdrawal request, please review the provided information carefully.
Once the request is submitted, the withdrawal process will begin. As this includes deleting all related information, such as active CSP accounts, the process may take some time.
